Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon originally from the Bordeaux region of France, is often referred to as the “king of the red wine grapes.” It is a dry, full bodied wine with strong aromas of ripe berry, pepper and plum. It ages well due to its heavy tannins. Stone Cliff blends California cabernet grapes with its own estate grape, Baco, to create a Bordeaux style wine. Enjoy with heavy meats, hearty red pasta dishes, strong cheeses and dark chocolates. Serve at room temperature and enjoy.
